Dr. Esfandiari was attentive and very helpful during our first visit. My only suggestion is if the doctor is on call and going to be delivering a baby perhaps the office make a phone call to alert their other patients that the doctor is running over an hour late. Then we could adjust our arrival time accordingly and not have so much time in the waiting area wondering. Also, I asked reception why the long wait and no one advised me she was doing an important job of delivering a baby. I would have understood if I’d been told.
