I am extremely disappointed with the level of care I received from Madison Webb. I did not want to post a review but in flagging my feedback directly to Madison and her team, I have not received an apology and am floored by the disrespect. I see Madison 1x/year and this year she spent all of 60 seconds with me and did not even do all the tests I have done each and every year. She barely took two minutes, rushed out, and then on her way out as she was half way out the door, I tried to ask her a question. This was the worst bedside manner I have ever experienced. If a mature apology and acknowledgement was made, I would feel less inclined to have to continue flagging this. I’ve raised this to the doctor as well, Alison Anderson, who has not said anything to acknowledge the situation. I have noticed Madison do this each year but her lack of attention this year was by far the worst. On my way out, she was sitting on her computer chatting with another coworker.
