Eugenie began her professional journey with a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from Baylor University but soon realized her true calling was in healthcare. She went on to earn a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Lamar University and started her career as a Labor and Delivery Nurse. While she loved helping bring new life into the world, she wanted to build longer-term relationships with her patients and support them through all stages of life.

During her husband’s military deployment to the Middle East, Eugenie pursued advanced training and earned her Master of Science in Nursing with a focus in Women’s Health from the University of Texas Health Science Center in Houston. This allowed her to transition from hospital-based care to clinical practice, where she could provide comprehensive, ongoing care to women throughout their lives.

Her passion for obstetrics led her to work at the largest high-risk maternal-fetal medicine (MFM) clinic in the country, located in Dallas. There, she cared for patients from across the globe with complex pregnancies and deepened her expertise in high-risk obstetrics.

As Eugenie experienced her own perimenopausal transition, she saw firsthand the lack of support many women face during this phase of life. This inspired her to shift her focus toward perimenopause, postmenopausal, and hormone health. For over a decade, she has specialized in helping women navigate these changes through hormone replacement therapy, nutrition, and lifestyle strategies.

Outside of her clinical work, Eugenie is passionate about fitness and wellness. She enjoys weight training, martial arts-inspired HIIT workouts, dancing, and is a certified yoga instructor. She also loves to cook and bake. Known as “Bubbles” to her grandchildren, she treasures every moment spent with them.
