Dr. Cate Parker is a compassionate OB/GYN dedicated to providing thoughtful, patient-centered care to women in the Austin area. She values trusting relationships and takes time to listen, answer questions, and help patients feel informed and confident in their care.
Dr. Parker will practice at our new Round Rock office near St. David’s Round Rock Medical Center once construction is complete, and the office opens. Until then, she will see patients at our office at St. David’s North Austin Medical Center.
Originally from Birmingham, Alabama, Dr. Parker earned her undergraduate degree in chemistry with a minor in psychology from the University of Alabama in Tuscaloosa. She then earned her medical degree from the University of South Alabama in Mobile.
Dr. Parker completed her OB/GYN residency at St. David’s in Austin, Texas, where she served on the surgical simulation committee and was recognized for her surgical skills and dedication to patient care. During her training, she developed a deep appreciation for the Austin community and is pleased to continue caring for women throughout all stages of life.
Outside of work, Dr. Parker enjoys watching college football, especially cheering on the Crimson Tide, spending time with family and friends, and exploring Austin’s many outdoor activities.
