Dr. Blake Seeker is a highly skilled and compassionate OBGYN. She has a special interest in minimally invasive gynecologic surgery and is excited to serve the community of Austin where she grew up.

Dr. Seeker attended Southern Methodist University (SMU) on a comprehensive Hunt Leadership Scholarship. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Health & Society, Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, and Minor in Chemistry. She was a four-year student athlete on the SMU Cheer and Pom Squads. She studied abroad in Buenos Aires, Argentina and gained conversational Spanish proficiency. She graduated from SMU Summa Cum Laude.

She obtained her Doctor of Medicine from UT Health San Antonio where she fostered a passion for social determinants of health and health care disparities. She joined interdisciplinary health teams on medical service trips in rural, underserved communities in Nicaragua and Ethiopia. She was inducted into the Gold Humanism and Alpha Omega Alpha medical honor societies. She graduated #1 in her class.

She remained in San Antonio to complete her OBGYN residency training. While in residency, she was celebrated for her surgical skill and depth of knowledge. She was honored to receive the Gold Foundation’s Humanism and Excellence in Teaching Award.

Dr. Seeker is thrilled to return home to Austin with her partner, Daniel, and their dog, Blue. She is grateful to work alongside so many excellent providers at AAOBGYN, especially her own father (Dr. Christopher Seeker) and sister (Dr. Paige Seeker). She is committed to patient empowerment and life-long learning.
